Bring on the sweetness of spring with this berry delicious twist for chilled Balzac’s coffee. Strawberry cold foam adds the delicious flavour of fresh berries, and a pop of pink that you can’t help but smile at.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tbsp strawberry syrup

1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp white sugar
Instructions:

Add ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.

Turn heat to low and simmer until strawberries become soft.

Mash strawberries in pot and continue to simmer
- Using a fork and a strainer, push liquid through the strainer.

Using a hand milk frother, froth milk until fluffy.

Add Raspberry syrup and froth further to combine.
- Scoop fluffy portion of the foam onto your favourite chilled Balzac’s Coffee.
