Cold-Brew with Strawberry Cold Foam

Cold-Brew with Strawberry Cold Foam

Bring on the sweetness of spring with this berry delicious twist for chilled Balzac’s coffee. Strawberry cold foam adds the delicious flavour of fresh berries, and a pop of pink that you can’t help but smile at.  

 Ingredients:  

  • 1/2 cup skim milk 
  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup 
Homemade Strawberry Syrup: 
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 
  • 3 tbsp water 
  • 1 tbsp white sugar 

 Instructions:  

  1. Add ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. 
  2. Turn heat to low and simmer until strawberries become soft.
  3. Mash strawberries in pot and continue to simmer  
  4. Using a fork and a strainer, push liquid through the strainer. 
  5. Using a hand milk frother, froth milk until fluffy. 
  6. Add Raspberry syrup and froth further to combine. 
  7. Scoop fluffy portion of the foam onto your favourite chilled Balzac’s Coffee.
