Ingredients:
Lavender Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoon dried lavender
Martini:
- 1 ounce lavender simple syrup
- 1.5 ounce Balzac's Las Rosas Blend made as espresso
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1.5 ounce vodka or gin
Instructions:
- Add lavender syrup, espresso, coffee liqueur and vodka or gin into a cocktail shaker.
