Cold-Brew Popsicles

Cold-Brew Popsicles

Beat the heat with these rich, velvety Cold-Brew Popsicles. An invigorating caffeine kick with a hint of sweetness make these decadent treats perfect for brightening up an already sunny day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ground Farmers’ Blend, 5 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

    Instructions:

    1. To make cold brew, medium/coarse grind your Farmers Blend coffee beans, add to 5 cups of water and set in the fridge overnight. For a faster option, brew Farmers’ Blend your favourite way and chill until cooled.
    2. Strain cold brew and mix in simple syrup, set aside in the fridge.
    3. Whisk together condensed milk, coconut milk and vanilla.
    4. In a popsicle mold, fill each compartment a quarter full with the milk mixture.
    5. Leave popsicle sticks out and set in the freezer to partially freeze.
    6. Once the milk is solid, but not completely frozen, pour chilled coffee to the top. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
