Espresso Chia Pudding
Still recovering from New Year's celebrations? Our Chia Seed Pudding recipe will "pud" a pep in your step!
Prep it the night before so you can wake up to a delicious and healthy breakfast, made with Balzac's A Dark Affair.
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup Balzac's A Dark Affair, chilled
- ½ tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Full-fat coconut cream
- Nuts and/or seeds
- Combine all chia pudding ingredients together in a sealable jar and shake to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least three hours.
- Top with cream, fruit, nuts and/or seeds.
