Brrrr, something chilly is brewing! Just in time for the summer heat, try our tasty Espresso Ice Cream, made with Balzac’s Espresso, and whipped up with delicious, indulgent ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 14oz Sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 7 tbsp Balzac's Espresso
Instructions:
- Brew espresso and set in the fridge to chill
- Whip your whipping cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form, set in the fridge.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together condensed milk, vanilla and espresso.
- Pour milk mixture into the bowl of whipped cream and mix together until well combined.
- Pour into a metal or glass pan and set in the freezer to harden overnight.
- Let sit out for 3-5 mins before serving to soften.
