Espresso Ice Cream

Espresso Ice Cream

Brrrr, something chilly is brewing! Just in time for the summer heat, try our tasty Espresso Ice Cream, made with Balzac’s Espresso, and whipped up with delicious, indulgent ingredients.  

 Ingredients:  

  • 14oz Sweetened condensed milk 
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 7 tbsp Balzac's Espresso  

Instructions:  

  1. Brew espresso and set in the fridge to chill 
  2. Whip your whipping cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form, set in the fridge. 
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together condensed milk, vanilla and espresso. 
  4. Pour milk mixture into the bowl of whipped cream and mix together until well combined. 
  5. Pour into a metal or glass pan and set in the freezer to harden overnight. 
  6. Let sit out for 3-5 mins before serving to soften.
