These Balzac's Espresso-Dipped Pretzels combine crunchy pretzels with rich white and dark chocolate, infused with bold espresso notes. A perfect balance of sweet, salty, and robust flavours for coffee and chocolate lovers alike!
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon finely ground Balzac's Coffee
- 3/4 cup white or dark chocolate
- 1 bag of pretzels of choice
Instructions:
- In a microwave safe bowl, add white chocolate and heat for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave, stir, and heat for another 30 seconds until it has reached the desired consistency. Repeat this step for the dark chocolate
- Add ground Balzac's Coffee to melted chocolate and mix well.
- Dip pretzel of choice, alternating between white and dark chocolate and place on baking tray.
- Garnish espresso dipped pretzels with either a coffee bean, crushed nuts or your favourite pretzel toppings before the chocolate hardens. Set aside and allow chocolate to harden on pretzel and enjoy!
