Key Responsibilities

Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining Balzac’s brand values.

Managing inventory, vendor coordination and cafe admin tasks.

Overseeing bike setup, service, and shutdown at designated locations.

Maintaining coffee quality and crafting superb beverages with precision and care.

Ensuring equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
